Our stay at the 3Bed House With Games Room, Hot Tub & Free Parking was incredible! The house was immaculate with modern decor and had everything we needed, right down to kitchen utensils and cooking oil. We especially loved the games room and the hot tub. The hosts were accommodating and the location was perfect. The wildlife in the back garden was a delightful surprise. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

Spacious Rooms: The apartment had four comfortable bedrooms that accommodated our group perfectly. It felt like we were staying in a luxurious mansion instead of a typical hotel room.

No Indoor Airer: The only drawback we experienced was the lack of an indoor airer. We had to get creative and use the radiators to dry our clothes, which took a bit longer than we would have liked.

The hotel's decoration was simply lovely, with beautiful furniture and elegant touches throughout. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself. I especially appreciated the cozy seating areas where I could relax and unwind. It was also nice to see other senior guests enjoying the hotel's amenities.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a larger selection of assistance from the children working there.

The hot tub was an absolute delight! After a long day exploring Brighton, soaking in the hot tub felt like being enveloped in a giant hug from a friendly octopus. The soothing jets and warm water melted away all our stress and left us feeling rejuvenated.

The value for money was exceptional, and the room was incredibly comfortable and well-maintained. The location was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better was having a wider variety of pastries available.
